How to found out if the area I live in is 4G capable?
I heard that certain areas are 4G capable only and if you don't live in that area, and get a 4G phone, you'll have tons of problems.
I'm wanting a new phone and I DON'T want an iPhone. I want to try an Android for the first time!
Do a google search
If you want Verizon 4g just search up: verizon 4g coverage
I wouldn't think so. I haven't done research but I'm sure phones made for different carriers are built with their network in mind. I have AT&T and my phone still reverts back to 3G, G and Edge when I fall out of range of the better networks. Also, all carriers will have their coverage maps on their website. You'll just have to do some digging and you'll find it. And a little advice about Android phones, most of the new ones are similar in power and can do anything and everything you'll ever need, but the main difference is the overlay that the individual companies use to have you interact with the phone. I have a Samsung and it's interface is pretty clean, but I can't speak for other companies so go and try them out.
- Where can I buy a legit iphone 6 new that is Verizon capable? Looking to get a new phone eventually, but don't really want to deal with being on a contract with Verizon. They say if I get my phone elsewhere and add it to my plan that I would not be on a contract anymore seeing as I got my phone elsewhere. New iphone 6 with Verizon and having to be on a 2 year contract goes for $199.99
- When texting an out-of-state number, must you put a 1 before the area code? I have an iPhone 5, I reside in Montana and I want to send a text to a non-iPhone user who has an Oregon pre-fix.
- Is ultrasn0w capable of unlocking iOS 6.1.2? I have a n iPhone which is currently jailbroken on ios5.1.1 will ultrasn0w be capable if I upgrade to ios 6.1.1 or 6.1.2?
- Is the iPhone 4s still capable to run smoothly? I'm looking to get an iphone that isn't that expensive compared to the newer models. I was thinking the iPhone 4s as I can buy a rarely good conditioned one for about £150. Is it worth it? Is it still capable of running with not much lag? Or should I save up or a newer model?
