How to free Rejailbreak iOS 7.1.1?

I updated my dads jailbroken iphone to ios 6 later to 7. The carrier is not working. Please tell a tutorial or video for fixing it back. I'm a beginner so i don't know much about jailbreak and stuff. Please tell a link that helps and works

Alright. I have a number of solutions for you:
1. Unfortunately there's currently no jailbreak for iOS 7.1.1. So I've got 2 solutions for you.
1. If the carrier is not working then back up the iPhone to iTunes and restore. Restore the backup and then… Bingo. The carrier should work. If not then take to Apple after restored.

2. If you want the jailbreak back, then you will need to downgrade to ios 6 using your SHSH Blobs (unique iOS certificate files(which only come from updates.
A) Plug in your iOS device.
B) Download 'tiny umbrella'.
C) Search for you SHSH Blobs -
E) Download an iOS 6 IPSW (software package):
http://ipswdownloader.com
F) In iTunes, back up your iPhone and then hold 'shift' - 'Restore' and locate your iOS 6 IPSW.
Allow it to restore back to iOS 6.
IF THIS DOESN't WORK THEN JUST USE THE OTHER METHOD.

I have an iphone 4s (IOS 6.1.2) and i was on cydia, there were a few updates, i went to go update the stuff but after i respringed, i was stuck in safemode (i known how to get out of safe mode) when i tried to get out of it it just crashed and went back into safe mode, i didn't check what i was updating so i got crash reporter and it didn't find any suspect so is there any way i can backup my stuff, restore and then rejailbreak?
