Depending upon the "computer" of some make, model, operating system, available connections to the "phone" of some make, model, operating system, the format and file size of the video, I would guess the "Cloud" or even email. With more information, perhaps a Google search would help?

You can't. The cable is only a one way path. Even if you try copy'ng and pasting the file, or moving the file into the file on your phone. It won't work.
