How to get a mulfunctioned iPhone4 16GB back to life?

I have a jailbroken iPhone 4 16GB but i decided to restore it to a new jailbroken stage. I deleted all installed tweaks and got an extent the Cydia app got misssing. I then tried re-jailbreaking the phone but it took so long than expected. I disconnected the cable and now the phone only comes on with the apple logo but doesn't go to the Homescreen.
Is there anyway i can get my phone back to life… Whether unjailbroken or not.

You need to first download the IPSW file of iOS 6.1.3 (or whatever the latest is unless you have SHSH blobs for your device - if you don't know what those are than forget I said it and just search for the IPSW file but make sure that you get the one that is specifically for your phone model). You then need to make sure you have the latest or close to the latest version of iTunes. Then you need to plug the iPhone into the computer and hold the power and home buttons until the screen goes completely black and the apple logo does not appear at all. Then put the phone into DFU mode (if you don't know what that is, do a quick search for it). Make sure the device has a fully black screen before putting it into DFU mode. The computer should recognize the device when it has successfully entered DFU mode. Then open iTunes and go into the iPhone tab and it should probably tell you that the iPhone needs to be restored so hold down the shift key and click on restore. Then a box will open to ask you to locate wherever you downloaded that IPSW file for iOS 6.1.3 to and select it.iTunes should now begin to restore the device to factory settings. You may need to do it several times but in the end it will work.
