How to get a ripped body at home at age 13?

Okay I was wondering how can I get ripped at home with just simple workouts and a good workout routine. I also can't go to the gym or buy equipments so it wouldn't be necessary to mention that. I also would like any apps for iphone 4 that MAYBE have a good workout app that I can follow. Thanks in advanced also don't troll / bash this questions ;/ isn't worth it, lol.

First off you 13. Your not going to get ripped. Your body couldnt control a major workout like that. To get (ripped) it could take a year or more for your age. It just won't show. Sorry but you can try all you want you won't see huge results but you can feel it when working out.

At 13 you should be concerned with being a healthy preteenager. Eat alot of healthy whole food, exercise 30mins a day with sports or resistance training or whatever your fancy is. Don't go crazy your too young at the moment trust me. I love training too and I'm much older than you. Speaking from experience.
