How To Get a Video Onto My iPhone 4S?

Hi. I made a video on my computer, and I would like to get it on my iPhone like I could with my iPod. I tried going to Pictures and having it in a folder and then trying to sync that folder to my iPhone, but it didn't show up. Would you please tell me how to do it?

1. Open iTunes. Open the Edit menu on Windows or the iTunes menu on a Mac. Click the "Preferences" option. Make sure the "Disable automatic syncing for all iPhones" check box is selected.
2. Plug your iPhone into the computer and wait for iTunes to recognize it. Click on your iPhone's icon on the right side of the iTunes window. Click the "Music" tab.
3. Select the music you want to sync to your iPhone using playlists. You can also select the option to sync all your music to the iPhone. Click the "Video" tab.
4. Select the option to sync all videos or manually manage them just like your music. Click "Sync" when you're done customizing your settings.

What file format is the video in? An iPod can tajke any number of video formats, but exclude others. AVI and WMV are out. But mp4, xvid, h.264 and 3GP are okay.

If your video is in the wrong format just convert using Any Video Converter. Then drag the converted file onto the iPhone tab on the iTunes sidebar. If you don't see the sidebar, hit ctrl s.
