How to get an iPad to stop getting texts sent to my iPhone?

Last week i did a sync on my iPhone and downloaded IOS 6. I think i did something wrong with that because now my dad's iPad is getting all of the texts that are also sent to my iPhone. How do I get this to stop?

I'm not sure really myself, but you might have to go to apple and make an appointment and ask them. Sorry i couldn't help much.

  • My sent folder is not showing all the emails I have sent. Why is this happening? This seems to be random, with some showing and others not. Since Thursday, nothing I've sent out is in the sent folder. More worrying, on my iPhone, the entire sent folder has been emptied.
  • Is there a way(without computer)to move my texts from my iPad to my IPhone? ICloud backup? Had to restore phone to last backup and lost texts? Hi, yesterday I had to reset my phone (IPhone 8 plus) to factory default and restore it to its last backup (April 15th). I also have an iPad mini, which everything is Synced. I got everything back on my phone (up to date) except my text messages. I'm not able to access my computer right now and have read you can get them back my backing up you messages to ICloud. Is there anything I can do to get them back on my phone (they are still on my iPad mini), without using my Mac?
  • Iphone deleting sent iMessages in a conversation but not normal texts? I started texting someone yesterday and at first we were using normal texts, but then realised we both had iPhones and used iMessage. I texted them this afternoon but didn't look at the previous messages. They didn't reply which I thought was strange and so I went onto the messages to see etc and while doing so I realised all the iMessages weren't they but the normal ones were so I don't know whether they've replied? Does anyone know what this happened?
  • IPhone 4 separates texts sent and received into two different conversations? IPhone 4 32gb iOS 5.1.1 BB 4.10.01 Not jailbroken For some reason, my iPhone 4 seems to be separating texts received and sent into two separate conversations ( as if they were from different people, which their not ). I also noticed that is only happening with texts from people who don't have iPhones. Has anybody else had the same issue? If so is there a fix for it?
