How to get apple to replace my iphone 4?

I just bought an iphone 4 on ebay with bad esn and found out that it has been water damage from the headphone jack turning pink anyway i also found out it still has apple care plus until 2015 but see its not under my name how can i get apple to replace this phone bcus i heard it only cost $49 if you have apple care plus what will i have to go through?

You can't. If you've been sold a faulty device and it was advertised as working you can contact ebay and ask them to reverse the payment. You can't repair water damage and you don't have a warrenty, which probably wouldn't cover water damage anyway.

Call and see if it is registered already.
