How to get AppleCare for my iPhone 5?
I know when you purchase the iPhone you automatically get 1 Year Warranty. But my 1 year I believe is already up. So how do I purchase another year or two for my already bought iPhone? I tried going on the Apple website but they're saying that I need to buy the iPhone in order to get the warranty. Do I just go to an Apple store? Should I call tech support for an appointment or something?
Why would you need it? Are you extremely clumsy. I never purchased any warranty for anything since they are really a total rip off. You are gambling that something bad will happen. If something does then you can pay for it with all the money you saved not buying the warranty.
Unfortunately, you can't get AppleCare for your phone. You were only eligible to buy it within 30 days after purchasing your phone. What I would do is go to an apple store and ask them if you can buy it. They're most likely gonna say what I just told you, but ask them for AppleCare's support number and maybe talk to them. Maybe you'll get lucky and they might allow you to purchase it. It's worth a shot.
