How to get apps to request access to my iphone contacts. List? Iphone?
I have a few apps that do not have access to my contacts list. They have not requested it and when I look in the privacy settings nothing there to switch on or off. Although they are in the photos privacy. How can I change this?

So I attempted to buy an iphone 6s plus on eBay and I was trying to pay trough PayPal but for some reason the payment didn't go through so I sent the money directly to the seller through send and request. Before I actually sent it I contacted the seller and she responded every time, she even told she would send me the tracking number but anyways I don't wanna be too long… I'm now realizing it was a scam so how do I get a refund from paypal?

The contacts are still there when I create a text message or search someone to text, but I can't dial out because the contacts from my contact list are gone. My iCloud is still on, so it's not that. - Is it kosher to request tips on how to unlock an iPhone 4 from bell for free? I've searched some small businesses that off this service, and all of them almost always jailbreak the phone, which I don't want to do, because it would take up way too much space on my phone (I already tried this). Do you have any suggestions? And yes, I have googled it, but most things look like scams. It needs to be bell specifically, also.
- Iphone 4 activation request can't be completed? I forgot my iphone passcode and I restored the phone. It asked me to choose my language, country or region, Wi-Fi etc. I did all that but the it said: activation error activation request could not be completed. If the problem persists, please contact customer care. I don't know how to fix it. I don't have a sim card inserted. Is that a problem? Not sure whether or not its jailbroken.
