How to get AT&T to lower my bill?
I'm with att for almost 4 years. I have 4 iphones with them. I went in to a sprint store ant they can lower my bill with about 100$ a month and give me unlimited. Now I don't want to leave att but if they don't lower my price I will.
How do I get att to lower the price?
I tried changing my plan with att but I didn't help. I use a bunch of data.
Cell phone rates aren't negotiable, the only way to lower your monthly bill is to reduce your plan minutes/data.
Tell them what their competitors are charging for the same services.
Keep in mind, most "unlimited" plans are not truly unlimited. After a certain amount of usage, the company will often shut off your service or at least slow down how much data can be transmitted. As for getting a company to lower your rate, I'm not sure you can, but switching is a risk, especially if you are happy with your service as it is now.
