How to get back erased photos from my iPhone?

Let's see if I can make this short and sweet…

Okay, so I had a software problem on my iPhone 4 causing it to use up all of my data. I called At&t and they said I just had to restore it to factory settings and it would work again. So when I attempted to back up my phone prior to restoring it to factory settings through either iCloud or iTunes, it would not allow me because of some error. So I assumed that if I continued and restored my phone that there was at least a majority of my photos music and apps would still be floating around it iTunes space or stored in my iCloud. After restoring my phone, I manually added my music which was still in my iTunes. I realized that my photos and apps are no where to be found! I tried reverting my back up or something like that but no luck. Any help? Are my photos, chat history, and apps floating around?

This maybe help you. But chat history apps can't be recovered i tough.
