How to GET EVERYTHING ON MY IPHONE 4 BACK?

ITunes should have backed everything up before it updated the iOS, if you wipe your phone and restore it then you "should" get the option to put the last backup that iTunes did back on your phone.
Unless you have previously backed up your iPhone to your computer or iCloud, then this is not possible. Sorry.
Just go to itunes, under your iPhone, click restore, then restore from previous backup. If you do not already have a backup, this will not work.
Did you back up with iTunes or I cloud? Then it should be simple to restore. Other people have said how do read theirs
- May I delete everything on my iphone 4s once everything had been transfer to icloud? I have been a iphone user for almost three years and I'm going to trade in my 4s to get the iphone 5.
