How to get me photos back when IOS 8 deleted them?
So I updated my iphone to the new iOS 8, it turns out I only have 300 pictures in my library when I had over 1,000. Please is there a way to get them back? The pictures werent saved on my laptop so I'm scared that I won't be able to get them back. Someone please help!

Okay so i was on my phone just then and i was editing a photo on an app, i wasn't on my camera roll at all i didn't even have it open. So i was just editing on an app and i go onto my photos and it says "camera roll 95" when i originally had 314 i looked on the "recently deleted" but the photos on there were only the ones i deleted months ago. I thought it was a glitch so I turned off my phone and then back on again and it was still gone. Can I get them back? I had a lot of important writing in those documents.

As i had over 200 contacts all important numbers that i need! Thank-you for your help! Like can you get them again by connecting your phone to laptop? If so how?
- IPhone Contacts deleted, how to get them back? A few days ago my phone randomly inputted all of my moms contacts onto my phone, probably because we use the same icloud account. I started deleteing the contacts a few minutes ago and when i checked my phone, my moms contacts were gone too!
