How to get my computer to recognize my Iphone 4s?
When I plug in my Iphone, it says USB Device Not Recognized. I have tried a hard boot on the phone, I have restarted my computer, and I have reinstalled Itunes. None have worked.
I have this problem alot too. You might have to wait it out, try a new cable, or try a new usb port. If none of that works, take it too apple.
Happens with my IPad I'm afraid your charger is broken or it's your iPhone I taken it back to the place then they gave me a new one because myn said that before and does it say malfunction or just no recognized because that Happened to me so yeah take the charger back it's either the phone it's self or the charger is bust.

Ok so I have a dell 15' laptop that's barely a year old and my USB port will accept my iPhone and flash drives, but not my iPod classic. I know for sure it's not my iPod since it was recognized on my moms computer and its not the cord because I've tried several different iPod cords… It doesn't seem to recognize my moms iphone 4 either! So if anyone knows how to fix it please please please help!
