How to get my iPhone 4 out of Guided Access?
Today when I was at a friends house John (my bud) wanted to make a phone call but from past experience he would like to take my phone and look through it, so today I put my phone on guided access and type'd in a wrong passcode on accident now I can't get off the phone app.
If you can't remember the passcode for guided access, the only thing to do is restore it through itunes. Don't let anyone tell you "just hard reset it" that won't work. Done it on my ipad once was NOT fun.
- Is it possible to get access to a full app download history on my iPhone? I mean, I can easily use iTunes to see my purchase history. From this point, I would like to know if there's a way to see if the app was downloaded afterward, or in other words, if it has been deleted and reinstalled several times after the first purchase.
- IPhone stuck on Guided Access? My iPhone 4S just got stuck on guided access and I can't exit out of it. I have looked up solutions and most people say to do a reboot by pressing the home button and the power button. However the problem is that my power button is broken. I have assistive touch enabled but it doesn't do anything to help reboot my phone. I was wondering if there's a way to escape guided access when I don't have a functioning power button? Is the only way to let the battery drain?
- Iphone 4 has vertical coloured lines and i can't get access to the phone? Last night i left my phone on a table, i came back and picked my phone up and it was showing thick blue lines through it. I have tried to restore it, safety mode and now i have no idea. i have read some forums how it might be water damage or screen damage i don't know what to do. currently there's no warranty on the phone. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you very much, great way to start the year haha
- Iphone 3 free voice guided navigation? What are the free voice guided navigation apps for iphone 3? I see there's mapquest but it is asking for iOS 4.3 or higher. Is there a version of mapquest or any other voice guided app for iphone 3? It looks like I can't upgrade to iOS 4.3 unless I upgrade to a new iphone 4 or higher?
