How to get my iPhone 5 screen replaced for a lessor cost?
Long story short, the screen of my iPhone 5 has splintered. It's usable, thank goodness, but it needs to be fixed. When I called the local apple store they said it could be anywhere from $150-220 to fix. Is there ANYWAY I might be able to get it fixed for free or extremely discounted? A workaround in the warranty (which I do have, it expires in sept) or some way they can write it up in the store?
Go to some of the smaller chains and the chinese reatailers in the city. They will do it for around $100 if you find the right place
Sorry but i would say if you can afford an iPhone 5 then you should be able to affort its repair. You know iPhone is specialized screen which is known as gorilla glass 3. A scratch resistant, retina display, best touch response. So if you want to enjoy iPhone 5 and want to show off or take full advantage of it then please make an original repair. Their are many markets which will do the repair for you but your iPhone after repair will become a phone so its your choose. Collect many, save do anything but go for a good and best service repair. If you want local repair ho to any local market in your area( you will find many) they will do it for you in about 50 dollars your wish. Make the iPhone to iPhone or make it just a phone. So you can choose any china market and get it repair. Its all your wish as it is your phone and your pocket.
- When my iPhone 6 screen is replaced by apple, will the home button be replaced as well? Ever since I updated to iOS 9 on my iPhone 6, the home button has been totally unresponsive. On top of this, my phone was recently stepped on and the screen was shattered. I plan on paying the $109 to have the screen replaced from apple, but does that replace the home button too? I've heard that when the front screen panel is replaced, so is the home button/touch id.
- IPhone 6 screen non responsive. This is not the known issue. I have replaced screen / digitizer and it works normally for an hour or so? Then the screen freezes and if press on the screen sometimes it will work sometimes not same with a reboot… I restored the phone completely wondering if it was a software issue and it's not prob still continues. Connectors are al good yet I still believe it's an hardware issue.
- How much would it cost to get my IPhone speaker replaced? I have an IPhone SE and I got slime/glue in the speaker. It caused everything to sound like it was underwater. I was thinking about getting the speaker replaced but I'm not sure how much it would cost (In the Apple shop) anyone know how? Or maybe how to fix it even?
- How much would it cost to get my iPhone 5 replaced by Apple if my warranty has expired? I went to the Apple store about my phone, they said they can replace it under warranty. But when I got home I checked my warranty and it's expired. So how much would it cost to get my phone replaced if my warranty is expired compared to if my warranty wasn't expired?
