How to get my iphone pictures back?

Hi so I tried to get ios8 on my phone from Itunes like my friends did. They told me none of their stuff got deleted and they never had to back it up or go to icloud. Well I did the same thing and 708 of my pictures got erased. I called Apple, went to Best Buy and Verizon and all 3 places said the same. If anyone knows a way where I can get them back, please let me know!

As your iCloud storage is full, it can't backup your iPhone stuff when you make the iOS 8 update over Wi-Fi. That's the reason.
You can get them back from iCloud server, iTunes backup, or iPhone Device with iPhone data recovery software.

  • Phone stolen, can I get my iPhone pictures back? Someone stole my phone and reset it so everything's gone. I got my phone back (confronted the person ) and all my important pictures are gone. When I synced it, it asked if I wanted to restore the information from my iPod, or start it as a new iPhone.   • Is there anyway to get pictures back from my iPhone? Today I went out and took a picture of something very important for business. I needed it for work but I wasn't in the mood to write it down. I was wondering if there's anyway to get it back, I've heard you can't but I had the location services on if that changes anything. Thanks in advance. And I know it was my fault for not writing.
  • If I replace my iPhone 4 can I get my pictures and stuff back onto it? My lock button recently got stuck. So I might be getting it replaced at the closest Verizon store. If I do, can they somehow get all my pictures, apps, and contacts onto it somehow?
