How to get my iphone to work again?
I just turned my iphone on and there's this notification that says "This iphone hasn't been backed up. Backups happen when this iphone is plugged in, locked and connected to Wi-Fi." i pressed ok but it won't go away, it's like my touch has no effect on the phone. I tried turning it off but when it says slide to turn off the screen won't follow my finger. I have no idea how to fix this.

I have also deleted it from his camera roll and photo Stream but still he is able to recall that pic again n again. Person is not using i cloud i have. May be using some kind of app i have no idea. - I dropped my iPhone 5 in water, will it work again? I hurried up and dried it and put it in rice! it worked for a little bit and then it just shows the apple logo but i have it not plugged in and in a tub of rice. has anyone had any luck with their iphone and it being dropped in water?
- How to make my iPhone Work again My iPhone won't turn on unless i plug it into a wall charger. It says it has 100% but as soon as i take out the plug, BOOM, it turns off and i try turning it back on but non of the buttons work unless i plug it back in.
