How to get my iPhone working?
A friend gave me their old iPhone 4, but I'm not sure how to get it working.
I have the sim in, it's on and fully charged but I can't seem to get any further than an option to make an emergency call (see picture)
Please help?
At 90 kg you are probably about 30 kg overweight.
Download itunes on your computer and have it sync to your itunes. After that it'll walk you through what you have to do and you can use it.
1.Turn off your device. If you can't turn it off, press and hold the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons at the same time and wait a few seconds for it to turn off
2.Plug the device's USB cable into your computer only.
3.Hold down the device's Home button as you connect the USB cable to it.
4When you see the Connect to iTunes screen, release the Home button. If you don't see this screen, try steps 1 through 3 one more time.
After all of that restore it from itunes.
- Part of my phone screen is not working do I get a new screen or do I have to get a new phone? I have a 6S plus iPhone and I dropped it and now part of my screen isn't working when I touch it. Do I get a new phone or just repair it's screen?
- My old iPhone 5c won't turn on even though it was working fine a month ago and has just been in a drawer since. How can I get it working? I upgraded my iPhone a month ago and have been experiencing problems so I need to get it fixed. It will be weeks until I get it back so I decided I d use my old iPhone 5c until then. But I can't turn it on, it was working fine last time I used it a mo th ago. I tried charging for hours and hours and holding sleep and home buttons etc and it still won't come on. My charger is fine. How can I turn it on?
- My iphone device lock button is not working and i need to get into DFU mode? I have downloaded the ios 7 beta and occidentally erased everything off my device which mean it is now a 'New iPhone' set up page. I tunes is saying "the device is not registered as part of the iPhone developers program" I need to put my device in DFU mode but I can't because the lock button is not working. is there any way i can do this? Really need help
- My iPhone 5 vibration isn't working. I have to reset to get it to work? I got my iPhone 5 on release day. I always have it in silent and the vibration on. Lately, it will stop vibrating and I have to shut it off and turn it back on to get it to work. Is this something covered under the warranty? What should I do?
