How to get my money back from a business online? I used a credit card?
I paid for a iPhone 5 unlock about a week ago, they claimed to have it unlocked 24-48 hours of purchase, it's been over a 2 days already… I tried to contact them through email, Skype, etc. And they DO NOT respond what so ever. At first I wanted to cancel after the first day because I didn't need the unlock now it's the matter of getting my money back. Is there anything I can do?

Dispute the charge with your credit card company.
So they are claiming to remotely unlock your phone? It's a pretty technical process that I'm not sure is possible without having the phone directly plugged into a computer.
As suggested you can make a claim with a credit card company for a charge-back refund, which might take some investigation time.
You can file a claim and request a charge back but the bank will investigate, so make sure everything you put in your claim is accurate, because the company that you are filing against will have one totally different.
