How to get my ringtones from my iPod touch to my iPhone 5c?

I have a question how do I get my ringtones from my iPod touch to my iPhone 5c? Cause when I tryed getting my old ringtones to my iPhone 5c and when I tryed to get them I couldn't find them on my iTunes stores? Is there any to get them to the iPhone or what do I do to get them?

If the apps on your iPhone require a newer iOS than your iPod than you can't transfer them. And most of the apps that you will be getting will require a newer iOS so the only other option besides puttin up with it is getting a new iPod.
