How to get my stuff back when I update my Iphone?
I haven't updated my IPhone ever yet so when I do can I get my stuff such as my music back or do I have to buy it again?
When you update the iOS only the iOS files are touched. After updating everything will be there exactly as you left before the update.
Do not interrupt the update process. It can take two hours to complete. The phone can restart itself several times during the update. It can look like it is not doing anything. Leave it alone. Let it fully finish the update.

- Just updated my iPhone 4s to the IOS 8 update and lost all my stuff So I have ICLOUD on my iPhone and on my mac, but when I updated my phone it restored everything back to from 2013 (2 years ago) so now I don't have my recent contacts and apps and music on the phone. My macbook pro has my recent messages and contacts but I just don't know how to transfer it all of it onto my phone. Or is their another way to get it all back from 20 min ago before I updated my phone?!
