How to get passed a Wi-Fi password on an iphone 3G?

My IPhone 7 is locked to sprint and i can't get passed the activation screen without a sim card? I'm currently with cricket and my sim card reads as "SIM NOT SUPPORTED" is there any way to bypass this screen? My uncle recently gave me his iPhone 5 but its linked to his apple iD witch i don't know and the phone doesn't let me get passed this page any suggestions or help? I got a iphone 4s IOS 7 and can't get passed the activation? I work at a recycleing plant and came across a apple iphone 4s and it look like in great condition so i bought it from them and bought a charger for it and turned it on it was wet so i put it in rice and let it do its thing so i got passed the lock screen because it had one and now i'm stuck on the activation mode where i need the apple id for it but i don't know what it was can someone help me with this?
