How to get photos back from my iPhone?

I just deleted all my photos off of my photo stream and it deleted them off of my camera roll and everywhere else. How do I get my pictures and videos back?

Try looking in the trash on you IPhoto app on you Mac. IPhoto doesn't perminatly delete stuff, it moves them to its own trash, you then have to empty that trash before they are totally gone.

So following that logic, if you deleted photos from photo stream, they would delete from iPhoto and move to the iPhoto trash.

If you aren't on a mac or use something other than iPhoto then I have no clue

My sisters iphone was stolen over the weekend, & she hadn't set up the icloud or find my iphone up, is there any way we can get the photos back from her phone without this enabled or the phone itself?   • Just got a replacement Iphone for my broken one: how do i get my music/photos back? My old iphone 4s broke, so i just received my "new" replacement one. After restoring it i retrieved all my old contacts and apps, but my music and photos, with the exception of a few old pictures, have yet to appear. My old iphone, being broken, won't stay powered on for more than a second or so. If my old iphone has a sim card or something, do i take it out and put it in the new one to transfer all my old content?
