How to get pictures on an iPhone without using data?
My friends try to send me pictures (not the bad ones, get your head out of the gutter), but the only way I can get them with my iPhone is to turn on data.
I hate it.
Is there anyway I could get pictures without turning on my data?
They don't have iPods, iPhones, or any of that. So iMessage is not an option.
If you have unlimited media messaging (or whatever your carrier calls it), they could attach it to a text. For example, I have AT&T with unlimited media messaging. I have to actually have a data plan to use MMS (media messages) but it does not use my data. This could vary between carriers, so I would suggest to google it if you aren't with AT&T.
Otherwise, they could email the image to you, you could check it on your desktop and sync it to your phone through iTunes. That is probably not the option you are looking for, though lol.
- Why does the apps in iPhone take up data without and with using them? Like I used twitter for like 20 minutes two nights ago and it went up to 80 MB and like the original MB is like 30
- Using an AT&T iPhone on AT&T without paying for data plan? I have an iPhone 4 a friend gave me for Christmas and I was looking to use it without data and just be able to go on the Internet when I have Wi-Fi, is there a way maybe if I factory unlock it that AT&T will not charge me for a data plan when I put my sim card in?
- Is it possible to transfer iphoto pictures to my iphone without using itunes? So my itunes is not an option to transfer anything on my phone because its not working currently. (They say I have to update it or something before i sync it.) That's a whole different problem. I just want to know if it's possible to get my pictures from Iphoto on my new iphone 4 with no itunes access.
- How to transfer pictures on iphone 4 to iphone 5 without using itunes? I'm getting my moms old iphone 4 because mine broke. She told me i can't sync it to my laptop until i find a way to transfer all of the pictures on her old phone to her new one and we can't do it through itunes because the laptop which the old iphone was synced on is broken. Any Ideas? Around 3000 photos so any uploading is not an option.lol
