How to get rid of other space on Iphone? - 2

So last night I wen to sleep with 3.6 GB available and today I realized it was only 593 MB and I don't know what is taking up so much space? I've already deleted tons of messages, my email, all history on safari, and a couple apps. What could the "other" be? And how do I get rid of it?

Added (1). Actually my space keeps dwindling, it is 525 MB now, I don't know why it is doing this?

I've tried everything: deleting contacts, deleting conversations, deleting apps, and even RESTORING MY IPHONE. But it still is taking up basically half of my usage!
