How to get rid of pictures on the iPhone 4?

So I thought I was backing up the pictures on my phone to the computer when I pressed 'sync all folders'
Not until 200 unwanted pictures later. I realized tht it was syncing photos from my computer.
I can't delete the 200 hundred I put on there. How do I get rid of them?

Hi yes you can delete anything just get an instruction pdf of the internet for the phone you own.

Connect your iphone 4, close iTunes, go to My Computer (or just Computer on newer Windows machines) and find your iPhone under Devices, you will be able to see your photos as if it were a USB stick so you can copy, rename and delete as normal there.

And obviously make sure your phone does not sync photos again in itunes. You can set it to not auto sync certain types of files (Photos, music, apps, videos etc… ) in the preferences.
