How to get songs from my iPod touch to iPhone 4?

I don't have access to iTunes on a computer for a while now and I really want my music transferring.iTunes Match won't work, how can I transfer it?

If you bought them from iTunes, you can just go on iTunes and download them directly on your device from the app. If they were obtained "alternatively", then you will have to download them from your computer from wherever they are.
