How to get unbanned from instagram without jailbreak?

A few months ago I was banned from instagram on my iPhone, because a friend was using it in appropriately (and don't say the 'friend' was me because it wasn't).Is there any way to get unbanned? I've tried emailing them and sending in a dispute form. But they don't respond! It's really annoying because all my friends have it and I really enjoyed posting pictures up!

What you could do is uninstall it and then install it again

Try uninstalling it and then making a New account if uninstalling doesn't work. What's your Instagram user name?

I got red flagged 3 times and i got a mail that said that you are banned from instagram.tried creating anoother account after installing it again still didn't work

I can create a new account on another device and it works fine but when i log into my phone it says blocked device because of violating the terms and conditions. I have done everything imaginable to try and get back to using instagram. From my searching it seams that the only thing i can do is to get a new phone… Don't wanna do that!
