How to go in DFU mode with broken power button and don't know passcode?

I have an iPhone 3GS and forgot my passcode and my power button is broke so I can't go into DFU mode at all, is there a program that will put iphone in DFU mode easy? Thanks.

Added (1). No it doesn't… You need to bypass the passcode first.

If you are plugging it iTunes It will automatically put in DFU mode.

I have downloaded the ios 7 beta and occidentally erased everything off my device which mean it is now a 'New iPhone' set up page. I tunes is saying "the device is not registered as part of the iPhone developers program" I need to put my device in DFU mode but I can't because the lock button is not working. is there any way i can do this?   • My iphone 4 power button is stuck and i don't know what to do diy wise? Basically the power button on my iPhone 4 is stuck i can't see any thing in there like crumbs or dirt and I want to DIY fix it cos the shops just charge stupid amounts but I don't want to screw up the phone any ideas? Also when I try to push the button up it just comes back down again
  • My iphone 4 is in safe mode and my power button doesn't work. What do I do? I dropped my iphone today while i was getting in the car and it turns on but it only turns on for 5 seconds then it goes black again and to the apple sign and goes back and fourth from that and the battery and shows me that I have no battery.It'll do that for like 20 min. My friend told me its in safe mode and i need to reset it with the power and home button but my power button is completely broken. So I have no idea what to do.
