Connect the old iPhone to your Computer. No need to open iTunes (Close iTunes if it does open up). On the left side you will see you old iPhone appears as Apple iPhone. Keep opening the various folders within till you see the pictures that you need. Now, create a Folder on your desktop. Minimize this Apple Window Finally, drag and drop the pictures into this folder.
When you copy from backup in itunes it copies everything automatically, pictures, apps, contacts, msgs etc
Just back it up on your iCloud then you sign into iCloud
Assuming they were synced onto the iPhone through iTunes, do it the same way using iTunes with the new phone.
If through iCloud then they should be synced automatically
If you mean pictures in the Camera Roll then you could do a backup of the old iPhone & restore from that backup onto the new using iTunes
- Why does my laptop say there's nothing new to import when I try to upload my photos and videos? I have a Toshiba laptop with a Windows 10 software. Whenever I plug in my iphone to transfer my photos and videos to my laptop, it says that there are no new items found to import. In reality, there are about 2,000 photos and videos on my iPhone that aren't on my laptop. It's only some photos that this happens with though. Like all of the photos in 2013. Any photos more recent are able to be uploaded but not most of the photos from that time period. How can I fix this?

I've tried going into My Computer, but it's not listed. I've also tried unplugging it and restarting both my phone and laptop. - I can't import photos from iphone to macbook pro? I've been trying to import photos from my iphone but i can't figure out how. The usual way I do it is just go to itunes (after plugging in my iphone to the macbook) then clicking sync and they would all be there, but not now. I also tryed clicking preview the file then import to iphone but when that happened there where NO photos there, i've also tryed with iphoto but can't figure out how and it is just really annoying me.
