How to install Android OS on Fake iPhone?

My aunt had recently went from Thailand bringing home of what she thought was the real "iPhone 4S". When she booted it up and asked me to download apps for the phone, I wasn't able to because I found out it was a fake iPhone. Since she didn't want to waste any money buying another iPhone and she wants to make use of this fake iPhone, she requested me personally to just install any Android OS on the said phone.

Since I didn't know how, I looked the issue up on the internet. I saw threads that said that it is and it isn't possible to do so. I came to Yahoo! Answers to get a personal answer.

If it is possible, it would be possible if you were to contact me and give me a step-by-step D I Y process of installing Android.

I'm not particular of the Android operating software that will be installed (whether Froyo, Gingerbread, Honeycomb, ICS, or Jellybean) as long as it is one of the most-used Android Operating Systems of today.

Please also be advised that I'm not too good on these software installation stuff. Thanks and God Bless!

Added (1). I'm not sure. It pretty came with the iPhone 4S box and everything else that was faked from Apple.

Not possible. Do you know what this mistery iPhone actually is? Such as manufacturer or current software info? Since I'm guessing its not actually Apple.

You can't. Android is very hardware specific and so needs a specific variant customised for each phone model. That's exactly why you can't buy any "one size fits all" Android OS installation packs to install on 'Droid handsets, and is why whenever a new version is released the handset owners need to wait for their phone manufacturer to release a variant suitable for their handsets.

Your fake phone was manufactured by criminals who were only interested in making the phone function sufficiently to fool someone into buying it. After that they have no further interest. As a result the hardware and firmware is likely to be very out-dated and is most likely running an old, unsupported, and non-upgradeable Android version. When making counterfeit phones, manufacturers just copy the obvious parts and cheaply buy up obsolete internal parts from discontinued models to fit inside.

In summary: Your phone is what it is, and will never be anything more. Or to use an old saying, "You can't make a silk purse from a sow's ear".

I just don't understand why people are so stupid to think that Apple would sell there Iphone for hundreds less here in Thailand then in the US or other western countries. They are so greedy that they think what a deal I'm getting. You see it everyday here. Any apple product sold here is going to be more money than in the US just because of high import taxes that are charge on these items. Wish up people.
