How to know if you are sleeping enough everyday?

I have an app on my iphone that monitors my sleep and says my sleep quality is around 80%, but i'm looking for physical ways of knowing if i sleep enough, apart from the obvious. I exercise and try to sleep 8 hours (i'm 15) but still i always have bags under my eyes… Why is this?

Having bags under your eyes doesn't always mean you are sleep deprived. It could be a totally different medical issue so many factors can cause bags/dark circles under your eyes including it being hereditary. If you're not tired during the day and you get 8 hours of sleep I think that's enough. It's just an app, it's not a real doctor ya know so if you're really concerned go see your doc and ask him/her.
