How to lose 8 pounds by September?
16, female, 5'1, 110 pounds
i want to be 102-104 pounds
UNLESS i lose FAT, but gain MUSCLE weight
so how do i achieve this?
1. Should i follow a diet plan?
BUT my family won't go along with me. So… I don't know
i eat 5 meals a day, the first four are usually like veggies, protein bars, trail mix, wraps, salads, eggs, fruit, sometimes yogurt, peanut butter, breakfast stuff… Etc.
2. How much should i work out?
once i'm finished my exams, (because i have so much studying and homework) i'm going to start the Nile+ Training Club Get Lean Intermediate program (NTC app on iphone) it consists of 3 runs, 3 strength workouts and 1 yoga day. Will this help me lose fat and gain some muscle?
3. Are there any things i should be doing to help me lose weight?
4. How do i stay motivated and keep self control?
Well, I recommend Yoga, its very peacefully, and relaxing, I recommend doing yoga in a quiet enviroment, and stick to eating less or eat more fruits and veggies, you can write a planner of how many calories to eat that day or what kinds of snacks you'll eat, good snacks are peanutbutter and celery, carrots, apples, and watermelon!

- Teenagers: what would you do with 20 thoudand pounds? Firstly I would give my mum 10 thousand pounds. Shoe's: Loads of pairs of trainers Vans, Nike blazers, Supra, Adidas, Lacoste (atleast 20-30 pairs. ) Clothing: I would get some designer clothes ( Not all designer ) then just whatever clothing I like the look of in shops. Electricals: The new iPhone 5s (Gold), The new Ipad air, A good camera because I like photography ect. I would also put some to charity.
- Loosing 10-20 pounds in 2 months? Okay, so I wanted to try and drop 10-20 pounds by September, and I wanted to know the following: 1) What kinds of things can I eat to achieve this? 2) Any exercises I should do? 3) Is is also possible to lose 30 pounds in this timespan? (That's my overall goal, but I wasn't sure if it was possible or not ^_^;) Ah, not sure if you guys need this info, but I'm currently 15, 5' 9", and about 140 lb, if that helps.
