How to lose weight before I go back to school?
I'm going back to school on September 8 and i have been overweight for 4 years. I lost weight and than i gained more and now i'm obese and at a current weight of 230! I need help
I used to be in your situation. I weighed 185 when I was 13. Now I weigh roughly 155, and I feel way better about self image and I have a higher confidence level.
In order to get desired results, you have to diet and exercise. Just dieting made me lose 30 lbs. I use the MyFitnessPal app on my iPhone to track nutritional goals. Don't get TOO into it though like I did. I ate a slice of pizza today and I'm still trying to figure out if I overate lol. Anyways, just track calories, exercise, and stick to your plan.
