How to make a chibi? Is there and app?

So I've been seeing those chibi things all over Instagram and I was wondering of there was an IPhone app to make them? Or if someone could make one for me? If you wanna make it for me I have brown hair with blonde underneath, light brown eyes, pale skin, and my favorite color is pink. And my Instagram name is forever_jamie_xoxo. Okay thanks

Hi! So I actually have no idea how to make them either, but I do know how to get them.

I actually take other Chibis from other accounts and then put them on my instagram. For your own Chibi, wit your name on it, go to my instagram, we_make_chibis.

I honestly just take Chibis from other accounts and make them mine. On my instagram, all you have to do is, fill out a form (my first picture) and then I make you one with your name on it!

The chibi's are really templates you color yourself. Check out @teenagersrequest and @howtomakeachibi they both have templates/tutorials on how to make them. Or use the hashtags #chibitemplate #chibistencils #blankchibi #chibi

I had the same problem too. To make the ones like on instagram just search #chibistencils on instagram and pick a blank one you want. Then just take a screenshot and go on an app like "Draw Cast" and color it however you want.
