How to make an itunes song into a ringtone?
I've tried everything, when i go onto itunes and right click the song i want and click get info it won't let me shorten the song, i have the newest version of itunes and an iphone 3gs with iOS 6 i don't want to go onto any paid website or ones where you have to put your mobile number in, thanks
Download a ringtone app, choose the song you want to do, and normally the way they work is that through the app you create a 30 sec or so ringtone, then connect it to itunes, go to apps, and then transfer them to your computer, and then back to the ringtones section of itunes.
You can also make iphone ringtones by yourselef with a rigtone tool like this:

Well that effectively limits to this longer, but I find personally better method

- Why isn't iTunes letting me download this song to my song app on my iPhone? I just purchased a song but it's not showing up in my music app and when I go to where it says purchased in the iTunes app I hit the cloud but it won't download to my music app. Is it because of my storage? What do I do?
- Trying to convert itunes song to ringtone, file name not showing up with.m4a? I've found several step by step instructions on how to turn an itunes song into a ringtone for my iphone. I make the song 30 seconds, create an aac version, hit show in windows explorer, but then the next step says change the ".m4a" in the song title file name to ".m4r". The only problem is the file name just shows up with the normal song title, no ".m4a". Any idea what i'm doing wrong?
- Purchased itunes song won't appear in my iphone song library? I bought these songs over 2 years ago but ever since I updated, itunes were randomly deleting my songs! Help anyone? Only 2 of the songs from the album appear in my library.
- If I delete my ringtone converter app will I lose my ringtone? I'm trying to clear space on my iphone and I've sadly had to delete so many of my favorite things. Just trying to figure it out.
