How to make apple give me a new iPhone 5?
I got a used i Phone 5 off ebay and there was a few scratches so i'd like a new one, the iPhone still has warranty with apple but there's nothing wrong with the hardware what can i say for them to give me a brand new one?
Is it really worth the effort for a few scratches? Get a case and a screen protector to prevent getting more, but apart from that I doubt they'd do anything over a "few scratches".
Wouldn't you expect scratches if it was used before you bought it? That's just ridiculous
Go to apple, they will tell you that you r an idiot, and you will leave the store with ure scratched iphone 5!

Also looking at your other question it looks like you bought a fake so the "Apple" warranty would not count and if it is counterfeit Apple will not send it back to you and you will lose everything.
Pour it under water and say you dropped it in the toilet and they will give you a new one and you will only have to pay $50
