Will an apple store give me a new iphone if my battery is bad?
I bought an iphone 5 in March, and since I updated to ios 7, my battery drains super fast. I could leave my phone sitting and it will lose lots of battery. Sometimes I'll be at 40% and my phone will die, and once I plug my charger in, it will say I'm still at 40%. I've heard this could he battery failure or something. If I went to my local apple store, will I be able to get a new one? And Yes, I did purchase apple care warranty.
They wil replace the battery first.

Same here, I got my iphone 5 in May last year… And no they won't replace it unless they find a defect, as for the ios7 battery drain, they will help teach you battery saving tips, then suggest you wait for the 7.1 update.
