I went onto my icloud and deleted my last icloud back up but i'm not sure when my last itunes back up was or if there even is one i have no idea i don't remember. Could i find this information using my apple id on another computer ir can i make the back up on my lap that was also stolen some how unrecoverable with my apple id? I have alot of peronal information on there please help!

Connect your new iPhone to the iTunes, and launch iTunes. Follow this path: Summary > Backups > This computer > Restore from Backup.
To view where is your iTunes backup file in your computer, Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/MobileSync/Backup/
Windows XP: \Documents and Settings\(username)\Application Data\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup\
Windows Vista and Windows 7: \Users\(username)\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup\

It's ok that your lap was stolen, you can find try to login to your iCloud.com. To Backup and restore from iCloud backup, you can read this post, http://www.imobie.com/...icloud.htm

If it still doesn't work, you can need a data recovery software, like PhoneRescue to help you. **** luck.
