How To Make My 7th Grade Year AWESOME?

So this is my 1st year in Junior High, I feel better because we have to wear uniforms so that lifts weight off my shoulders because I won't have to fuss over what to wear in the morning. My aunt works at ulta cutting people's hair and doing makeovers so she hooks me up Lol!
I have an Iphone but my dad kind of strict so my mom is getting me an IPod touch so I can use instagram so I won't have to be so limited. I auditioned for my local theatre company and got in, it's for 7th-12th graders. I got a new wardrobe for my closest so have new clothes. I'm just nervous! Any tips? Cool Ideas for the year? My mom says If I prove I'm mature, I can go to the mall with my friends at least. I'd Appreciate It.

Enjoy it while you can

Just stay positive. 7th grade year, for me, at least, was kind of where everyone in my grade finally found their groups of friends or cliques, whatever. Keep your head high, be confident, etc. If you're looking for things to do with friends, I just took walks around town or had sleepovers with mine.

Also, don't try to be cool. Just have fun. Enjoy your time before the real world gets you.

I believe your mum is quite sweet, allowing you to shop alone with friends going into junior high. During that year in my life I was the funny, popular class clown who was just herself and everyone loved her. So just follow your heart when it comes to friends (I was also in a bad crowd at one point) and be yourself. Hope I helped, love.

First off stay out of drama! Avoid immature guys as well as drama queens. Listen to your teachers, no matter how incredibly boring they may be, and don't talk back. Talking back only increases the chance of you getting in trouble and your mom believing you to be immature! Keep up your grades(Grades come first!), especially if you want to impress your parents. Don't be too self conscious, ignore bullies but make sure to stand up for victims.Hm, try not to restrict yourself to one group of friends try to expand. Though it's always good to have close friends, they're very helpful when times get tough. Be social! Don't let yourself be pushed around, tell an adult if you feel as if your being harassed. Try new things, but still be responsible. Make sure to have fun!
