How to make my text messages and photo going to other iPhone?

Me and my dad are on the same phone line, but he is signed into my sister apple account and so am I. He is getting my text messages, photo's, and contacts how do I stop this from happing?

  • Why is my iPhone5 sending some messages as iMessage and others as Text Messages? I understand that messages are sent as Text Messages when there's no signal or poor Wi-Fi connection. However, I'm successfully texting some people using iMessage but others (still iPhone users) as Text messages. The other person will send iMessages and then my responses will be sent as green Text Messages.

When my friend sends me texts, she has an iphone, they come up as picture messages and i can't revieve them on my phone because my plan doesn't cover picture messages.
