Are all my text messages going through?

I'm texting someone with an old iphone. They need Wi-Fi to get messages.Sometimes they send as blue sometimes as green. I get that the blue messages are imessage and green are sms but are all of them going through eventually?
so far all of them have been responded to except my last message and i don't know if they got it or not but i don't want to be annoying by like sending it again or a question mark or something, which is why i'm asking here

  • When I receive text messages with emojis from an iPhone, why do the messages only appear partially? My phone is a "Verizon Samsung Intensity II" slide phone. (Also it's blue but that doesn't matter.) Also, if I'm included in an iPhone group chat (spoiled rich friends, but not snobby…), I get each posted message as a separate message, so I'll end up randomly with 67 unread messages clogging up my inbox.
  • Text messages take forever to go through? I have an iPhone 4s, I think something is wrong with it. Whenever someone texts me it takes like 10 minutes for the text to go through. My mom texts me something from upstairs and she told me that she just sent it but it doesn't pop up on my phone for what seems like forever.-. She has the same problem when I send her texts too. She has a Samsung Galaxy.
  • My text messages aren't going through? I have Verizon, iphone 4. Lately my conversations between me and other people have been going slower and then in the evening it will stop suddenly. I asked them if they have been getting my texts and they said no. It doesn't matter what phone I send my text to, they don't receive it. What can I do?
  • IPhone text messages not coming through? I have an iPhone 5 - at&t service. My brother (iphone 5) and mother (Samsung something?) text me all the time and I don't get it! I get messages from my cousin (she has an android - sprint). This guy told me today he texted me and I didn't get a message! Is there anyway I can change settings? Do I not get it because of ios7? Anyone have this problem?
