How to make sure that iPhone 5 pictures are saved?
I have just switched from always using droids to an iPhone 5. I'm planning on using my iPhone as my primary camera during my 2 month trip this summer. I tend to take way to many pictures and have averaged over 5000 pictures on all of my past trips (all of which were shorter and I used an actual digital camera for).
I'm worried about space limitations as I already am using 2 gigabytes of space for the less than 200 pictures I took in the three weeks I have had the camera.
If the pictures are in the photo stream are they saved forever? I'm unsure how often I will have Wi-Fi to check my iCloud for pictures.
Any help in suggestions as to how to use my iPhone to take 1000s of photos and make sure all are saved and safe would be much appreciated.
When I got mine we only got 5 gigabytes free. I think you can pay for more.
I'm assuming it's the 16gb? That should be enough space for pics
5722 pics =16gb
Yes, you can backup your iPhone pictures in iCloud. But do you know the limitation of iCoud backup?
1.iCloud only backs up the pictures in the camera roll. The pictures downloaded from the web or received from your friends or other can't be backed up.
2. And the storation space is also limited to 5GB for free. You need to pay if you want more space to back up you iPhone file.
As to your question, you can login iCloud with your Apple ID account to see the pictures.
I think I can recommend you another tool - iPhone Data Recovery to make better backup for your iPhone file. It can copy iPhone pictures, contacts, notes, text messages and more data to your local PC. When you want to use the copied file, you only need to go to the computer disk where you store your iPhone file. The backup is directly viewed and and accessed not like the iTunes backup file which can't be used directly.

- What should I do to make sure my iPhone 4s still works after it fell in the toilet? My iPhone fell in the toilet yesterday and I put it in a bowl of rice for 24 hours. I took it out and charged it and it worked. I want to make sure that it won't glitch and die, so should I keep it in a bowl of rice while charging it for a day? I also noticed that when I was charging it at first, it started heating up… Should I be concerned?
