How to make your account not private on twitter?

A long time ago I used twitter on my laptop and I made it private on there. A few years later which is now I decided to start using twitter again but this time on my iphone but I don't want my account to be private anymore. How do I change this on my iphone?

You Can't Set it to Private on the Mobile App or Site You have to Use the PC Site on your Iphone Or Use a Computer

Go to Account Settings Than Under There uncheck Protect my Tweets

I have been googling (on my iPhone) what the solution is and people say to check the date and correct it but my date is correct, so what do I do?
