How to move music from my iPod to my iTunes library and then to my iPhone?

I have an iPod 2G with over 1000 songs. I got a new computer and was only able to sync purchased songs from the iPod over into iTunes. I want to transfer my music from my iPod to iTunes so I can put it onto my new iPhone.

Well are you sing another app for music? All of them should have transferred over one way or another but if you are using an app like "idownloads plus" then what i suggest is connecting ipod, click ipod selection on itunes screen, go to apps, scroll down on the screen, select music app, drag all songs onto desktop, click done on itunes, go to music, drag ones from desktop into itunes, eject ipod, connect iphone, drag songs you want for iphone onto desktop, go into iphone music, draag songs on desktop into iphone music area, songs should be there now. If it doesn't help then please explain your problem better…

You may take a look at this step by step guide, it will teach you how to copy all music and video from iPod back to computer or iTunes, including the non-purchased music (such as CD music, website downloaded songs), it's safe and works pretty well for me. Then you can use iTunes to sync the music to your new iPhone.

Try copytrans or sharepod.

Try saving your music to a computer from now on and then saving from that to a CDR or flash drive.
