How to move pictures from iCloud onto IPhone?
All of my pictures from my old iPhone are in iCloud. I got a new iPhone and I want to get all of my pictures from iCloud onto my new iPhone. Because I can't backup anything on my new phone into iCloud. It says it can't be backed up because there's not enough storage in iCloud. The reason that I don't have enough storage in iCloud is because all of my old pictures. How do I get my old pictures out of iCloud and onto my new iPhone?

Hi, yesterday I had to reset my phone (IPhone 8 plus) to factory default and restore it to its last backup (April 15th). I also have an iPad mini, which everything is Synced. I got everything back on my phone (up to date) except my text messages. I'm not able to access my computer right now and have read you can get them back my backing up you messages to ICloud. Is there anything I can do to get them back on my phone (they are still on my iPad mini), without using my Mac?
