How to not make a iphone noticeable to a metal detector?
I'm visiting my friend in county jail… Jus seeing if there's a way to make a iphone not go off? Maybe wrapping it in something? Anything?
OAN- dnt comment saying how its bad or against the law blah blah blah. Its jus a phone
I do not have an iphone, but I do have a small cell phone. I put it inside a computer when I go through a metal detector at places such as an airport. The metal detector goes off but no one has ever checked the inside of my computer. I do not know of any way to get through a metal detector at a county jail. I suggest you do most of your communicating with your friend via the US mail.
The mail will be opened but most county government employees are too lazy or too stupid to read your mail.
If you can wrap a phone your probably able to wrap a knife. It's not really just a phone.
How about just putting it in those buckets and not getting yourself in trouble.
Obviously make sure its turned off. As you can imagine it would be a bad time for it to ring (lol). Actually the only way to evade metal detection is to wrap it in wax paper. You will need at least three layers. Next completely cover the wax paper with fresh dog poo. At least 1/4 inch deep. As you know the dog poo is very high in potassium which blocks the metal detector. Follow this with at least three more layers of wax paper.
You can test the whole package before you get to the metal detector by quickly zapping it in the microwave oven for 90 seconds. The microwave operates at a similar frequency to the metal detector. If it doesn't work try fresher dog poo in a thicker layer.
I'm pretty sure you will find that there's no way to make an Iphone invisible to a metal detector.
Trying to sneak contraband into a corrections facility is just begging to be arrested. Then maybe you can be cell mates with your friend and you will not need the phone.
- Will an iPhone 4 set off a hand held metal detector? I dropped my white iPhone in the snow today, and we couldn't find it after searching for hours. My friend suggested that we look for it with her hand held metal detector tomorrow. Will it set it off or is it not worth our time?
- Metal Detector in a National Museum in DC? I'm going on a field trip 5 hours away from home and I need to bring my cell. I have an iPhone 4. We have to go to the Newseum and we have to go through metal detectors so any help on how to go through without it going off?
- Is there a noticeable difference between the iPhone 5 and the 5S? First of all sorry for my English. I'm about to replace my iPhone 4S, and I want to know if there's a significant difference in terms of speed and smoothness between the 5 and the 5S. I don't really care about Touch ID, I just use my phone for facebook, whatsapp, snapchat, instagram and google maps.
- Is the size comparison between the iPhone 5S and the 4S very noticeable? I'm upgrading from my 4S to the 5S. I like the bigger screen because the 4S seems kinda cramped in size. Is the size difference that noticeable compared to the 4S?
