How to put a custom ROM in Xperia Arc

So, I'm sick of android and decided I wanted to put in a ios 7 rom, which I found called [ROM][4.3][A3]* iOS 7 * iPHONE V2 NEW! <>.http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2455873>.

But I'm completely new to this and I have no idea how to do it and what I have to do step by step. It does say what to do…

Full wipe (dalvik cache system & data… And internal sdcard for fresh install)
Flash ROM
Flash Gapps
Flash Fix
Wipe cache and dalvik if bootloop
Set up google account
Choose ilauncher as default and active espier notifications and espier lockscreen
Enjoy…

But how to do, step-by-step.

That is how to do it step by step.

Boot into recovery

Wipe data/cache and dalvik cache.

Select install zip from sd card

Navigate to where you saved the zip file (the ROM).

Select it then select yes to install.

After it is done select install zip from sd card again.

Navigate to gapps and select it then select yes to install.

Wipe cache and dalvik cache again.

Select reboot system.

When the phone boots up log into or set up a gmail account.
